Hi! I just followed! I've only read one John Green book so far, the same book you are reading now actually, and I actually kind of liked it. Well, except for all the math stuff. Hate math. But I do agree that John Green is a bit of a pretentious tool with his whole 'I only write smart books for smart people' thing. It's interesting seeing you review his books like this because so many people seem to worship the ground this man walks on.
It's so far not the worst thing I've ever read in terms of prose, unlike what I've seen of some of his other work (*cough*TheFaultinOurStars*cough*) but god this character is such a waste of fucking syllables I want to reach into this pirated ebook and strangle him, and I'm on chapter two.
