The year is just hours old yet here I am making my 1st post of 2021..heck in years ON tumblr because some DUMB a** felt a need to leave a ignorant message. So I'll just break it to you who may not know: If you take a video clip owned by another ie (sment/avex-trax) Then make a gif & add your pretty lil logo. This doesn't constitute ownership. Indeed it's owned, but by sment/avex•trax) I'm positive my ethics & business law teacher from my photography school would love you.
So please educate yourself before you come trying to school or threaten me about a gif or anything you made from sment mvs. I always credit rightful owner even edits when listened. That being said twitter & net is a vast space things are reposted & rtd at light speed. If you're so pressed about a gif you actually don't rightfully own. Perhaps this may not be the place for you.
Lastly learn how to speak to people when you pop up in dms. You may be uneducated and hotheaded but the one you ran into is not. So go ahead report the gif to Tumblr lol Report it to IG and they'll laugh & send you on your way. I hope 2021 sees a decrease in entitled clowns on a sns. I'm just on these fckn platforms to enjoy my favs not roll around in some fake puesudo internet fame.
