Harry is the most broken because he lost his parents, his godfather, Albus Dumbledore, Remus Lupin, Tonks, Fred, and Mad Eye Moddy who were on his side and was like family to Harry!

I was a girl guide back when I was 8 or 9. For some strange reason I held on to my old sash. The funny thing is, I never really enjoyed being a Girl Guide.
I signed up with my best friend and then she quit. At that point I wanted out, but my parents forced me to "finish what I started". Now looking back on it, we did do some fun stuff. I remember camp fires, roasting marshmallows and sing-a-longs. Then I think back and I also remember the stuff I didn't enjoy like camping, hiking and canoeing. But that's not the Girl Guides fault, I'm just not an outdoors person. I wasn't back them and I'm definitely not one now.
I don't think I'll put my kids in Girl guides, or The Boy Scouts for that matter. (Unless they make some drastic changes, but that's a whole other post) That being said I'm grateful that my parents made me stick it out. At least I was given the opportunity to try out something new. Even if I didn't like it.
