2. What’s your comfort show? How I Met Your Mother. It’s not my favourite show ever, but I’ve seen it a million times and I love it. It is theee ultimate comfort show <3

4. What was your first ship/OTP? That would be Chelly (Chloe/Elly) from Neighbours! I was never really into shipping until I started watching soap operas, and those two were the first couple that really got me invested <3

I've been really enjoying your posts on Druck. I pretty much agree with all of them and it's nice to see my own thoughts and frustrations written down more eloquently than I could. And to see I am not unreasonable in my anger and disappointment at how Druck is handling David.

thanks, that means a lot. i know i’m overly sensitive when it comes to this show, but i hate that people in this fandom try to make me feel like that’s a bad thing. i’m overly sensitive because i’m overly emotionally involved on a very personal level, because i feel very connected to the experience of trans rejection - and that’s not a bad thing, and I shouldn’t be the one ashamed about it.

writing out my thoughts and my anger and disappointment has shown me that i’m not alone in that, and that there are people who feel like me, and people who are willing to support people like me, or us. that there’s no shame in fearing rejection, no shame in suffering from trauma, and that the shame is on those who perpetuate it and sell it as a good story.

i will no longer be shamed for being vulnerable. I will no longer blame myself for being hurt; instead, i will blame those who hurt me. And I’m so glad that I’m not alone in it.

I don't remember what came in what order but Willow/Tara and Naruto/Sasuke both happened in the same school year for me. one is significantly less embarrassing than the other

When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a doctor from primary school all the way up to my last year of secondary school. I still thought I had a chance at achieving the exam results (I did not). I even had a route planned out for how to study it as a mature student before I realised I was allergic to college and couldn't make it through one degree, never mind two.

(note for the americans, medicine is its own degree program and there's no pre-med)

tulips! but I have two silly cats who I can't trust not to eat them so this is a tulip free house
