With my whole... Thought process of self defense, I believe it's absolutely necessary to understand at least the general movements and motions involved with attacks, so you can at least have a general idea of how you can anticipate and possibly even counter what the next persons move may be. Trainer knife came in today just for that! If only I had someone I could practice disarmament tactics with. #selfdefensetraining #dummyknife
