past couple days, i’ve been eating leftovers. been feeling sniffly and incredibly thirsty! don’t know about the sniffles, but apparently thirst is a sign of ketosis? any who, drink more water.
last night went out to dinner with friends. it was not easy and i felt slightly rude asking so many questions =/ mussels and spinach were delicious though! and we went to see Rob Schneider stand up
finally got the ingredients for dump ranch, oh my god i can’t stop eating/licking it
Dump ranch Blend: • 1 egg (room temperature) • 1 cup "light" olive oil • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp pepper • 3/4 tsp onion powder • 3/4 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk • 1 handful cilantro (or herb of choice) **Blend with immersion blender for approximately one minute!
So today for lunch I used it for a tuna salad with celery onion and carrots -- was starving and this was super quick
Dinner I stir fried some shrimp, broccoli and walnuts, and add 2 tablespoons of it plus some coconut aminos; just like the mayo walnut shrimp you get from Chinese restaurant!
For lunch tmr, I packed a chicken Waldorf salad [it was so hard to not eat tomorrow’s lunch tonight!]
