Once warm toss in garlic and sauté for a minute or two. *add shrimp to pan and simmer shrimp on each side for 2-3 minutes. ———————————————————————— Asparagus 1/2 tbs butter 1/2 tbs olive oil Salt Pepper Directions *Sauté on medium-high about 6-8 mins depending on size of asparagus. ———————————————————————— White Wine Shallot Cream Sauce 3/8 cup heavy whipping cream 3 tbs white wine 2 tbs butter 1/2 shallot 3 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp Fresh cracked pepper 1/4 tsp salt Directions *In a saucepan simmer minced shallot and garlic a couple mins. *add heavy whipping cream, white wine, salt and pepper. *simmer 6-8 minutes or until sauce has thickened . .
