I think the HP fandom really sleeps on the existence of halfbreeds, so here are some characters of unclear blood status I headcanon as halfbreeds:
Riddle Era:
Dorothy "Dottie" Puddifoot -- Vampire: I have no genuine explanation for this one, I just think it would be funny if the frilly pink tea shop was run by a vampire.
Wilkie Twycross -- Elf: He grades people on their ability to teleport, why not be a creature that can do it fairly easily from the get go?
Alaric Westinburgh -- Giant: Could be fun. Maybe he and Hagrid were buddies at school because they were the same thing as each other.
Marauders Era:
Elveira Elkins -- Veela: I know her name means "elf", but I feel like Veela suits her vibe more. Also imagine naming an elf "Elf".
Fenella Flowerday -- Fairy: She just has such a fairy-like name, I think it makes sense.
Dempster Wiggleswade -- Hag: You know damn well people are rude about him being half-hag, since hags are meant to eat people. As if that's not very similar to vampires which they seem to have less of a problem with.
Golden Trio Era:
Seraphina Fawcett -- Mermaid: IDK, I thought it would be fun. Sue me.
Duncan Inglebee -- Elf: I mostly just think it makes sense if half-elves are the most common type of halfbreed, so I picked a couple random names to build up a realistic statistic.
Sally-Anne Perks -- Goblin: Specifically one quarter, so her Mum was a halfbreed, because I thought it would be fun.
Sophie Roper -- Elf: Again, building that statistic.
Rolf Scamander -- Werewolf: I've talked about this before, but I imagine he was turned during the final battle, and the reason for this headcanon is purely that his name means "wolf" and he marries a woman whose name means "moon".
Alice Tolipan -- Faun: Her name means "noble" and "tulip" so I thought faun fit her. Kind of a noble nature spirit.
Cursed Era:
Christopher "Chris" Cresswell and Noah Cresswell -- Goblin: Dirk Cresswell is a liaison with goblin affairs or something, speaks fluent gobbledygook, I think his wife being a goblin and their sons being halfbreeds isn't that crazy.
Sage Kelleen -- Fairy: Again, the name just felt kind fun to imagine for a fairy. Also the trans-demidoer quidditch player with an unfair advantage (wings) that isn't real at all because wings are practically useless in the sport is totally not a commentary on any nonsense JKTERF spouts.
