For the 1st anniversary of Mole Interest, here is my mole shelf with The Book of Silence trilogy.
New animation meme!

Quail came in and stanced firmly before them. He was of solid build and exuded health and power, and his eyes were dark and penetrating. He had one feature that made him most remarkable, and most frightening. His head, which was large and round, was quite devoid of fur, as was much of his body. It was blue-pink, shiny, strange. It appeared smooth and unlined until any expression passed across it at which point a thousand tiny wrinkles formed and made a mole realize that there was something dead, something rotten, about the smooth skin.
Senior Brother Inquisitor Quail, from the Duncton Chronicles/The Book of Silence! He has one of the most repulsive character journeys in the entire series, but I wanted to draw him the way we first meet him, powerful and menacing.
Xenofiction has suffered the same unfortunate fate as animation did. "IT'S A KID'S MEDIA! YOU NECKBEARD!" Mentality. Publishers are cowards, and I have no choice, but to create one myself, and look for more, in the indie scene online.— AlchivoArte (@alchivoarte.bsky.social) November 20, 2024 at 2:38 PM
I wish animal XF would undergo a transformation like high fantasy did. Something that the public views as a kid's media, only for something else to come along and finally remove that label in a drastic way. If I could help bring about that change in this subgenre with my "Fireborn" hellhound series, I would do so gladly. But I doubt it'll change anything. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I don't know why I made this
Snyde's wiki art depicts him without his hunchback which I don't like so I had to draw some correct fanart of him matching his book description.
He still sucks but we don't stand for disability erasure here.
