Context

It’s New Year’s Day. I have a 513 day streak and don’t want to continue. I gave up on the language course months ago and have been doing easy maths to keep the streak going since.

There is no reason for me to keep it aside from it being part of my routine for a day. Even then, it is little more than a daily stress to add to all the daily stresses.

I was going to delete at 500 but didn’t so now…

(Deleting instead of just losing streak because I worked hard for that thing and don’t want to lose it for anything less than total destruction)

hey has anyone who uses duolingo ever had the app completely fuck up all your progress? I’m suddenly FIVE units ahead, lessons I’ve never done are listed as completed, sections I’ve gotten Legendary on are no longer gold… it’s like it’s another person’s account. The app gave me a pop up that they updated the system and told me it was jumping me ahead, but there’s literally no reason to and it’s a fucking mess now. it jumped me ahead like it said, sure, but it erased weird amounts of past progress and says I did all this shit I didn’t???

Duolingo animated the creepy people who stare at you when you answer questions on Spanish for English speakers and I can’t find an option to disable the animations, which is stupid because there should be one. It’s distracting and some of them are a little hypnotic for my epilepsy

Anyone know how to make the font on Duolingo bigger? I tried zooming in but it wouldn’t let me. I’m using Firefox
