I think the best thing about the live action One Piece trailer is that it made me feel like I was apart of the intended audience more so than a lot of trailers in the last several years if not maybe decades at this point because there weren’t any flashing lights, strobe lights, and the transitions between clips didn’t come too quickly or with a bright flash of light.
I mean like I’m not holding my breath about it. There will probably some scene somewhere I’ll have to look away and stuff, but like the trailer was so accessible to me. I can watch it even in the dark. I got to see all my East Blue faves and didn’t have to miss anything due to like intense lightning or a rapid succession of clips, etc...
It was so nice. Even the Barbie movie wasn’t this kind to people like me. It’s so nice to be included in something even if maybe it’ll only end up being this trailer in the long run.
if you are on Dilantin or Lamictal, I urge you to read this information.
A user named Cryptist posted disturbing imagery (drawn photo of a man holding mutilated rabbit) with STROBING LIGHTS under the epilepsy tag. Just wanted to make you aware.
EVERYONE PLEASE STAY SAFE OUT THERE.
Duolingo animated the creepy people who stare at you when you answer questions on Spanish for English speakers and I can’t find an option to disable the animations, which is stupid because there should be one. It’s distracting and some of them are a little hypnotic for my epilepsy
My current reaction to casting news:
the first box is going to win because I have epilepsy but it will be interesting to at least see clips of what Ackles does with the material. Glad he’s getting out of the Dean box finally
Doctor Who "Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror" reaction and spoilers
I think it’s important to note that Nikola Tesla was born and lived in the Austrian Empire until his 30’s.
The Doctor isn’t in period dress. Shame. I mean just we were robbed no matter if they put Thirteen in men’s or women’s clothing from the time period.
In fairness, this is Nikola Tesla, so technically he’s probably seen a whole lot of weird.
I suppose you can’t have Tesla without King Dick Edison getting involved. Sorry I don’t know a better way to put it.
”…but I do not steal,” is such a LOOSE way of putting it.
Oh good. A Sith is here.
The scorpion aliens going around stealing tech and then expecting Tesla to fix it is kind of reminding me of a recent Rick and Morty episode.
Thank you for giving me fair warning we’re making this tower so I can prevent a seizure because I’m sure this is going to be a stupid amount of flashing effects.
lol AC/DC
We deserve an alien planet rodeo episode now. Please make it happen.
”Have you ever seen a dead planet?” Low blow.
I heard that no one was getting their mind wiped and that appears to be true, which just leads to so many questions about Tesla and Edison vs. Lovelace and Khan.
A shame I had to bail on "The Haunting of Villa Diodati," because it was interesting, but too much lighting for my epilepsy. Ironically enough because both Lord Bryon and Percy Bysshe Shelley had seizure disorders. Double shame because I heard there was going to be cybermen but alas my brain has kicked me out of the audience again~
