I was thinking about the fact of why I chose to pursue a career in the entertainment industry and for me it was a simple answer. I love people and I love having the ability to build influential relationships with people. I started a company that is built on integrity and being a positive light for creatives. I have been able to do some awesome things so far on my journey which has been absolutely amazing. I think as an entrepreneur and someone who is building a company what I’ve realized is that people choose to work with me because of the person I am even before what my company does. This is why I feel that my personal brand in someways even more important than my company’s brand. I know that I have an even bigger purpose for my life and that’s making a difference and showing others that my disability is something that at times has made things difficult but I know that it has also allowed me to view life through a lens that most people will never get an opportunity to do so. I have so many things that I want to accomplish that not only brings me joy in my own life but in the lives of others. So I’m excited about the future and how my personal brand I hope will continue to bring value to those that I will have the opportunity to interact and create meaningful relationships with on a daily basis. Remember that people follow people and not businesses. A solid brand is much more than having a dope ass logo, it’s truly about the user experience and that’s what I want my personal brand to be about!!!
