Recycled Paper Pop Art By Durido

This week, I've been blogging about thing we can make with recycled paper, and today let's check out what the pros at Durido can make on recycled paper.  The savvy duo behind Durido had been illustrating and designing for clients for 10 years before breaking free to start their own company, and their experience comes across loud and clear in their creatively colorful and delightfully doodled artwork.  

Durido turns their original designs and graphics into wall art and calendars, and then prints them onto FSC certified, 100% recycled paper.  They also silk screen their illustrations onto t-shirts and turn then into wall decals.  The team are nature lovers who try to create work which reflects their positive vibe, and I'd say they nailed it because both their art and their prices ($15- $20 for t-shirts and $18- $23 for art and calendars) make me smile.

sea lions in the water is a raft (change the punctuation and that becomes a joke that would make my mom laugh hysterically: "What do you call a group of sea lions in the water?  A raft."  I'm not saying it's funny-- just saying it would make my mom laugh until she cried.)
