So I was thinking about @domesticgoddesswriter fic, Of Cold Hearts and every time these boys will have a character growth, I’d always imagine how they’ll grow up. And I think of these characters,

Van Helsing for Kili, Alucard for Fili and Gerald of rivia for Thorin. Just the way they move, act and their vibes remind me of these characters. I will definitely flesh their outfit more so they can be more their own styles.

I’m excited when Fili and Kili grow up! They’ll be amazing hunters!

Sapphic September

Sapphic september is for all tolkien works whether it be oc, canon, or self insert providing it focuses on Sapphic relationships (lovers, exes, gay besties you get the drift).

Anything so long as its yours and focuses on tolkien sapphic relationships.

Díscember

Is for pieces focusing on Dís! Not Dís the mother. Not Dís the perfect princess. Not Dís-dead-frerins-sister. Not-ambiguously-dead-husband- Dís.

Dís. Lets see some Dís without the focus being on how shes connected to a man or how shes better than a man.

This event focuses on expanding and emphasizing Dís as a character ON HER OWN. This means not focusing solely on her connection to a male figure.

Pieces can be any fan production including playlists, image boards, character analysis, headcanons, fan fics etc. Providing the focus is on Dís and it doesn't use AI.

Past works welcome.

Examples could be:

A fan work of Dís first trip to Bree!! What does she do? What does she think of the weird mix of hobbits, men, half dwarrow, and all others mixing together? Does she buy anything interesting? (Insert cursed amulet joke here)

Okay so here’s a big post!

This is the first drawing I did of Frerin with his young sister Dis!! This was a page to really test them out yknow? See if I could come up with some designs that I liked!!

Here’s some more pages of the Royal Siblings!! And ofc Frerin annoying his older brother :P you can also see when I started to draw his braids behind his ears bigger!

Thorin as we all know had cut his beard very short to mourn the home and the people he lost :( Frerin did it in a way as the same reason as Thorin but to also look more mannish to blend in more :/ As for Dis probably again the same reason as Thorin but with a bit more flair~

Here’s an official look of my Frerin design!

Unlike his brother Thorin, he is more open in terms of his personality and his clothes! He’s the middle child so he’s definitely the one to keep the peace and joke around to lighten the mood :P
