Hi! I hope you can help me. I want to make gifs, so I tried to open a video by clicking on import > video frames to layers, but it doesn't work and I get the error could not complete the video frames to layers command because DynamicLink is not available. I hope you can maybe help me with this, because I don't really understand the explainings on the internet.

Here is a tutorial on how to fix the issue, here is another way to fix it and if the problem persists you may have to download the file from here and follow the install instructions in the bottom of the page.
