Do you have any ways to solve the 'dynamic link server not found' on Photoshop while making gifs from video frames😣 I really wanna make gifs!!!

I don’t import any video to photoshop, I make my gifs with screencaps! so maybe I don’t know how to respond correctly. If you want my tutorial on how to make my gifs click here.

desperately in need of a photoshop fix

basically i use cc 2018 and i just updated my macbook to os catalina 10.15. (im just theorising that this is the issue, since photoshop has warned me in the past that my version may not work with future os updates). now whenever i try to click on video frames into layers, it just says that it could not complete the command because ‘dynamiclink’ is not available. how do i fix this without updating photoshop?? would that even fix it? i want to keep making gifs but rn i can’t 😞

Hi! I hope you can help me. I want to make gifs, so I tried to open a video by clicking on import > video frames to layers, but it doesn't work and I get the error could not complete the video frames to layers command because DynamicLink is not available. I hope you can maybe help me with this, because I don't really understand the explainings on the internet.

Here is a tutorial on how to fix the issue, here is another way to fix it and if the problem persists you may have to download the file from here and follow the install instructions in the bottom of the page.

Ok I have animations I need to do, who knows how to make Photoshop stop being a soggy pile of shit. Like, the dynamiclink problems, how do I fix this?

when you really want to gif but the dynamic link thing in photoshop isn’t working :(

OH BOY DynamicLink for Photoshop has decided to come back from the grave and haunt me.

Just as I was about to try testing out making TMNT gifs too gdi.

The most confusing thing is that I was easily able to make gifs before and this error never popped up. It popped up constantly on my old computer and I couldn’t fix it, so I hope it’s fixable with this...
