Pash Mae’ett

Let’s flesh out Pash a bit, shall we? Sticking with the only setting I’m even vaguely familiar with, and even then, it’s been a while! Here she is again, because she’s gorgeous and I have no money to commission a proper picture of her, so this will have to do for now:

Compassion Mae’ett, known to most as Pash, is a Duskling - offspring of a Drow and Tiefling. She’s 24 years old, and at present is a member of the Shadow Thieves Guild, based in Athkatla, Amn.

She’s an accomplished thief, prefers to fight with double daggers, and can cast thaumaturgy and dancing lights at whim. Don’t expect her to win at arm wrestling, though. She deliberately dyes parts of her silver-white hair a brilliant blue in order to fool the majority of people into thinking she is just a darker-skinned Tiefling. She’s sensitive to sunlight, wearing smoked glasses when she has to venture outside during the brightest parts of the day, but is in her element in darkness.

The only family she acknowledges is her father, Solace Iamir - once a successful adventurer with a party known as The Troubling Troubadours, he now resides permanently at the Copper Coronet Tavern in Athkatla’s Slums, providing entertainment in exchange for food and accommodation. Every now and then, he will send work her way - work outside the Shadow Thieves’ remit - and will even accompany her on occasion.

As far as either of them are aware, her mother still lives, but Solace has not seen her since Pash was conceived, and given that she exposed her newborn daughter in the Underdark to be discovered by friends of his among the sverfneblin, it is safe to think that she believes Pash to be long dead - if not at birth, then in the drow raid on Moonbright, a surface drow settlement in the south of Amn, that took place when Pash was nine years old.

They do know her mother’s name, however - T'rissyrr Despana of Ust Natha, a cleric of Lolth.

A collaboration with my dear friend @alainaprana and her lovely husband from the Loading Crew! This Region wouldn't be if it wasn't from them! Lore will be added soon enough but for now, enjoy the art ~

Next bug of the Ohayo region is based of the brown recluse spider! Most of the time you'll find them where there's a lot of dust and their bite is nasty due to the insane amount of bacteria covering their fangs.

- Duskling| Bug/Poison Type The Lonely pokemon This baby pokemon is not only shy but extremely lonely as pokemons tend to avoid them. They tend to hide as people often reject or scare them away due to their dangerous poison coming from their bite.

- Huskweb| Bug/Ghost Type The Loner Shed pokemon When a Duskling dies, it's remnant is possessed by their bitterness, making them hostile toward the people that pushed them away. It will be loyal however to any trainer that took care of them and will often be very protective of them. Art & Ohayo Region© @little-noko

What has Niamh been doing the last two nights? Niamh has been homebrewing a race on DnDBeyond!

Bringing together my thirst for the drow and tieflings, I have created ... Dusklings!

Disclaimer - I have never played D&D, only ever watched Critical Role, and this was an interesting exercise. If I did it wrong, don’t yell at me! It was fun, and I like it, so there. :P

And with this new power, I created a character!

Her name is Compassion “Pash” Mae’ett, and she’s a Chaotic Good rogue. And I think she’s gorgeous.
