G!Sans and Underpatch by Borurou
G!Sans is not an Echotale original btw! I also don’t care for Echotale really, it just isn’t my thing lol. Maybe I’ll make an EchoDust AU one day. Make it a Plans(player X sans) AU. Who knows, I can’t seem to stop making more Dusttale AUs haha lolz.
G!Sans goes with the Underpatch AU by Borurou, which doesn’t have a lot of info out online(although @/borurou-underpatch-archive has an archive of it, and I was able to get some info from that!), so I just kinda. Made some stuff up for my Dustpatch AU.
Basically, the glitch that made Sans start to remember the Resets also eventually started to tear away at his code. This went mostly unnoticed for a while until Papyrus also got the glitch, who immediately noticed something was off other than suddenly remembering the Resets.
But by noticing the wrongness, it worsted. It was visible, now, it all parties. The glitches, the scattering. When the Player noticed this, they obviously wanted to fix their game. So they eventually found fragments of Gaster code to shove into the skelebros, and then this happened.
Why It’s Called DustPatch:
Player: “patching” up the skelebros’ code
G!Sans: “patching” up the timeline by trying to get rid of the Player
G!Paps: “patching” up the two idiots relationship, so that they’ll get along enough to get everyone on the surface
And Flowey, who’s also here, who keeps getting pulled along by at least one of the three here to work with them. He both loves and hates working with G!Papyrus the most. Because Papyrus. And also because he’s somehow waaaayyyyy more interesting than the other two(again, because papyrus). I love Flowey and Papyrus friendship :)
anyways, that’s it for now. Maybe tomorrow I’ll put this guy up on ArtFight, but I’m tired lolz
