There could be something distinct about the fans/country (i.e. similar to how the Dutch are associated with orange).

Ending it off on the bottom of the deck, 3 of wands. The underlying energy is expansion and looking beyond borders. Multicultural players. This country may have had failures/struggles in the international scene in the past years. The vibe I’m getting is that they may have already played in the final before and lost. So... what kind of country does this describe (without naming anyone)?

Its football style is organized, pragmatic, and resilient, prioritizing reliability over constant flair. Many of its players may have broad international experience (or multicultural), which brings maturity and tactical intelligence. The nation has likely invested steadily in developing talent, and this tournament feels like the harvest after years/decades of work. The story isn't "they were always destined to dominate." It's more about overcoming mental barriers and rewriting old narratives.
