We kept all the old original portholes. We removed all the dirt on the brass, cleaned and polished the brass, eased the pins refitted new seals, then refitted the portholes. The velux windows are now all fitted and it’s nice to have done natural light flooring into the barge again. We we have used an 16mm t&gv pine board to clad the ceilings with. This hoes up quickly and gives the barge a great effect once finished.
