Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Heat a poffertjes pan or a regular skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Fill each hole of the poffertjes pan halfway with batter. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until all batter is used.
