Dutton Family Tree by Generation
In the process of updating these pages I noticed things didn't add up.
If Spencer Dutton and Alexandra "Countess of Sussex" are the grandparents of John Dutton III then that would make him part of the 4th generation of Dutton's, not the 5th, unless there is a hidden generation.
For John Dutton III to still be in the 5th generation he would have to come from Jack Dutton and Evelyn Strafford or Patience Dutton (who I have theorized is the daughter of Spencer Dutton and Alexandra "Countess of Sussex") they are the 3rd generation, making John Dutton II the 4th generation, thus making John Dutton III apart of the 5th generation.
Patience Dutton could be the mother to John Dutton II, and it would fix the generation gap. We know NOTHING AT ALL of the 4th generation of Dutton's apart from the small Yellowstone flashbacks of John Dutton II during his final moments. He is the only Dutton that has grown old and died of natural causes, not a violent death but one of peace and contentment. The rest of the family has died some sort of traumatic or violent death. Makes me wonder if the 4th generation was very different from the rest.

At this rate, unless someone wants me to break the series down, I will not be doing any thoughts and reactions or breakdowns. I wanted too, I want too, but it just isn't in the cards at this point and time.
