Stop turning Ja.ck into an abusive or uncomfortably patronizing shitlord just to build up how much of a ‘dad’ figure Re.yes is. He can be a fatherly figure to young Jes.se without needing to rely on Ja.ck being a piece of shit when most of the scenarios just don’t make any sense.

Put just a little bit of thought into it, you’ll have far more interesting and meaningful situations.

It was set. A bag of sweetened candy, enough caffeine to last the pair through the night, and several of Hana’s games, lined up on the floor in front of them. Somehow--it didn’t take much--Hana had managed to convince Lena into staying up with her for one of the twenty-four hour charity streams. 

The controllers had been charged, the game system turned on. On the computer, people were already putting in votes for the first game. Lena grinned, leaning in to press a kiss against Hana’s cheek. 

“Let’s do this.”
