Baby Girl and Little Miss is one of the many nicknames you'd use for a Sub to get them into their 'subspace'. It gets you into character. It's all part of the escapism of experiencing whatever scene you're reading/doing. Because sometimes - unless your partner specifically asks you - calling your partner by their actual name can remove you from the immersion.
That immersion is that special little feeling of 'god this is doing things to me way more than it should'.
Which is why I use these pet names instead of having the twins say 'Y/N'. Part of my writing style is to make sure you, as the reader, stay immersed as much as possible. The twins address you by your name sparingly only outside of the smut scene or during early introductions.
In this case, 'baby girl' means you want to be pampered. You want to be taken care of! Lose yourself into Ingo's arms, he'll make sure you're in good hands. 'Little Miss' - from the title 'Miss' - was meant to be a dominant name but when you add the word 'little', it becomes the opposite. Which is so much fun. It's so versatile!
