sara was working behind a bar. it was hardly living up to the life she had been leading before but it was out of her hands for now. till she could find the rest of her team, rip and the waverider she didn't have a lot of other options. she was past making an effort tonight. the bar work was tedious and the male visitors were all the same. in fact sara was past it before she had even entered the bar. that's how done she was. hearing footsteps approach the bar, she didn't bother looking up. "what can i--", her tone bored until she caught glimpse of who had approached. "alex?" her tone changing instantly to reflect the relief she felt. thankgod, finally someone she could have a conversation with. they only knew each other briefly through kara but sara knew enough to be pleased to see her.
