*ok i only got like halfway through s2 the first time.
Chuck is my fav of course of course. funny alien villain to ally he can be so scrunkly meow meow
its *not* because of tom kenny but. hiiii tom kenny. definitely a distinct voice from 2brains/ice king (positive) but i think the raspiness in his alien voice is similar to squeaky!2brains raspiness? maybe? i might be reaching i just like themmmm
second fav is Tuna Sandwich. who cares about the human characters (not really i like the humans too)
what did Papa G DO in his youth. what dirt does the government have on him. I'm 99% certain he killed someone (maybe government-sanctioned murder like in war or something), and he probably felt so bad about it he did a full 180 into hippie pacifism. hes done some crazy stuff for certain.
also speaking of murder. for a kids cartoon they get away with a LOT of murder. or at least death and manslaughter. theres a good amount but im thinking especially of the time Rosa catapults a tin of aliens into space. and then later the gang is in a spaceship and sees all the dead bodies floating around and Rosa goes "spacemen sleeping?"
NO ROSA. YOU KILLED THOSE PEOPLE but you cant tell her that shes 4. rip Rosas victims there are many of them
preemptively forgave Krosh for all wrongdoings because a) i support women's wrongs and b) she spent her whole life in that pit. fighing is all she knowwws. thats all anyones ever told her shes good forrrr. she need some therapy or jos mom or real friends or something
Jo doesnt count she was hopped up on manipulative ruthless leader juice and replaced her team with Krosh bc she was strong & good at fighting. if she simply remembered Mo's secret recipe sooner and invited Krosh to be an equal member of the team she would have gotten stealth redeemed. if she had somewhere kinder than fight hole...
idk i liked Krosh she deserved better TwT. convincing myself she isnt dead there was smokee...
another random very specific thing is in the pyramid most of the 'cheat skips' are pretty reasonable/practical but. it cannot have really been easier to stack up like 20 Papa Gs and climb them vertically instead of just walking up the stairs completely normally
OH also the "do aliens speak english" thing you gotta deal with in space fiction. i think they handle it pretty well. I mean i Love how they do it with Chuck, he has the translator and that sets it up pretty well episode 1 and then he Can learn/speak english without it but its different and hurts. love it.
theres times where im like hmm why can everyone understand each other so well, especially in season two, but the show's not about that and they're right not to spend precious runtime on explaining every character's translator situation.
in general i keep having to remind myself not to try and work out the logistics in the middle of an episode because i completely break my own immersion. not the shows fault, its not trying to be realistic, i just need to get better at suspending my disbelief.

for example. i really want to construct an elaborate headcanon for how the clones work. How do they think? Are they mentally/psychically connected to the original? What are they made of? What can they replicate the effects of, and what can't they?
(for example, they can't replicate the other power stones or their effects - except, for some reason, the extra arms effect. Also, in episode 2, Chuck's clones don't have a translator effect, but later all three Kroshes (its Krosh again) can communicate just fine. Why? did the Chuck clones deactivate their translators on purpose? did Krosh have extra translators? did the use of multiple power stones let the duplicator stone duplicate more complex objects? (it does seem like having more power stones can boost the power of each, because how else did fantos open an erodius size portal if it wasnt having all the stones there))
