I made a DVT plan
because I am a totally rational human being and needed something to worry about other than this test. So if I get a DVT tonight, I go to the hospital, get my heparin, stay overnight. Then I stuff the bag in my white coat pocket and take an uber to the testing center and take my test still hooked up. Then I can go back to the hospital and get a refill and go home. Then I'll actually be compliant and go to the hospital and hopefully I won't have thrown a saddle embolus by that point. So that was a valuable use of my time.
