Were DWT Chara and DWT Asriel best friends in their youth?

Dreemurrs adopted Chara, so they were siblings and best friends. After all, Chara broke all witch’s rules to save Asriel, as she was always doing in their childhood.

The Collector. Asriel Dreemurr. After return Asriel became a collector, he’s the one keeping six children’s. When they are not with him, he becomes Flowey again. Even if both of them have memories of each other they are not the same person. Flowey is very jealous of Asriel as everyone prefers him, and hates when someone calls him by that name. Asriel prefers not to talk about Flowey at all. Asriel is soft with his friends, acting silly, flirty or clumsy. Is too easy to get in challenge, like a teenager. He’s the one who treasures life but isn’t afraid to die again. Which is bad as he often puts his life in danger for fun. Lives in house of four seasons and prepares to become next Elder.
