Well, you could say, since Everbyte only allowed gamers who uses the female MC to start a romance with Jake, he might be hetero, but tbh, that's bullshit. I love Everbyte but it's bullshit that they did not give everyone the same opportunities. So yes, unfortunately in the game it's not mentioned but fuck it. Jake loves each and every duskwood player. No matter who you are. He loves you. Besides, he and Phil. Most beautiful enemies to lovers couple on earth. I would love to see them becoming a couple. They are kinda same but on the other side, not at all. And yes, I think Jake is careful with talking about his sexuality, but I think only because, as he says, every information about him is dangerous. So, otherwise I feel like he's pretty open talking about it. So yes, for me it's canon that Jake loves everyone of us. 😌 I don't accept anything else. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't know what's wrong with me, but I'm playing Duskwood for the third time now, and Jake told me just now he has to leave because of Lilly's video. The first time, I cried like a baby and also the second time. The last time I played was in Juny last year. So.... This time, I felt nothing, I didn't care. Nahh, I don’t think so. Tbh, I can relate a bit. And I think we’re not the only ones. We are just used to it by now and know what he says. It’s no surprise anymore, as it was in the beginning. I guess that's the thing. I mean, maybe it’s something else with you, even if I don’t get a screaming attack every single time like I did in the beginning, I’m still absolutely and completely into him. Maybe your taste has just changed or the interest has been lost in the meantime. Maybe it will come back someday, maybe not. Of course it would be a pity, but I think that can happen. I think that’s how life works, whether it’s with a real person or a fictional character. Nevertheless, I hope that you will remain with the fandom.
