As a warning, the Doctor Who Fanfilm "Time Crisis" has a lot of flashing lights in the first scene and in others. They pinned a comment saying so after being asked to add a warning, so hopefully they'll edit the video itself to include a warning before it actually starts.

I only found out about these guys recently, but these guys have been running an amazing Series of fanmade Doctor who since at least 2013, and they just aired their own special for the 60th anniversary!
