One of the 3 people living in the underground who have seen the surface (realllllly old) so has ended up with some of the strongest effects from the barrier. Her hp, once in the thousands has sunk down to only 5. due to the state of her hp (and therefore her soul) her magic is also a lot weaker than it once was although she can still put up a good fight if necessary and should not be underestimated. She has also lost her sight, normally she uses a cane but a small while dog has occasionally been seen helping her. She lives in the ruins like cannon toriel :)

They haven’t been in the underground long enough to show any barrier effects, and since their determined soul is very strong any effects or mutations will be small if there are any at all! the strongest soul to ever enter the barrier!

they make friendship bracelets for the people that help them through the underground! so far one for toriel (purple with a flower charm) papyrus (orange with a bone charm) and sans (blue with a star and a planet charm) frisk wears a matching one with each of them! they will make a more as they meet new people! :D

Does frisk talk to Chara often actually can firsk even see Chara? :0

they talk almost constantly, chara narrating and giving context to basically everything. frisk only answers of no one else is around. frisk can see chara, they are the only one who can. they both get along really well :)

Dwindletale Sans is real fun to draw!(I bombed on Paps sadly =_=) so I've been doodling a little more of him!

Also, I wanted to run a hc by you? I'm thinking that when the player meets him in the judgement hall, he makes a scary mask on purpose for the occasion >:)

flowey had the resets for a realllllly long time, literally years (although only a month or so passed)

frisk only resets 5 times in the cannon dwindle storyline.

only flowey, frisk and chara remember the resets everyone else forgets, although a few other people are aware that they are happening.

both skeletons remember gaster.

magic is used a lot less in dwindletale because of everyone’s weaker states, monsters have had to find different ways around things they used to do with magic. those who can use magic are highly valuable especially those with healing magic. undyne and papyrus are two of the strongest magic users in the underground and happily use this to help where they can.
