I remember the first mention I heard of it was some tease from marvel in like 2011 back when they were still talking about alias on ABC. I'd practically given up hope on it ever happening until this year but now....I am so pumped! also yes. Spider-Man team up needs to happen somehow (or at least an AoS crossover given how much they teased it there and in Agent Carter)

I haven’t been too into AoS, though the plot/subplot going on in s4 that I’ve been watching since it’s mid-winter/spring return is pretty interesting with the dream world/alternate reality with HYDRA government thing. other than that, I’ve not noticed any easter eggs or teasers of Cloak and Dagger in either of the two studio made cable tv shows they have made since 2013.

at one point, Jessica Jones’ adaptation on tv (before the streaming age we are in today) was gonna be called Alias, and not much trouble would’ve followed if ABC (who had a series years before of the same name, no connection to the marvel character nor Marvel/DC anything really) would’ve greenlit it. in fact, these rumors of Marvel shows to be in preproduction before the end of the previous decade were even told by some Marvel workers in press panels at conventions. but I guess Marvel was investing more money and hard work into what little cinematic rights their own studio had at the time.

            It had been a few years since Ray had really seen Tandy.  She knew she had a child and her and Ty were living out life peacefully.  It made her happy to know but she was dying to visit.  She stopped by their house.  She was greeted by the sweetest little girl.  “Hi honey, I’m here to visit your mom.”  She said softly.  Before she could say much else the little girl grabbed her finger tugging her inside.  “Ya are so sweet.  I can see ya take after Tandy.”  She picked her up to place her on her hip.  “I knew your mommy before she had you.”  the little girl gasped then touched Ray’s cheeks making her melt.  She was already in love.  “Ya are so lucky, ya got one of the most incredible women in the world as your mama.”

            Tandy’s wedding had been very small and intimate.  It was a beautiful ceremony and a few people had gotten together to treat the couple to a nice dinner.  They were all sitting around a table reminiscing about the happy couple.  Ray listened to the beautiful stories.  “wow.”  She laughed as she ordered a round for the table.  “Okay, I wanna toast these guys.  I mean Ty ‘n Tandy have been through so much together ‘n somehow they have managed to find somethin’ beautiful out of it...  Each other.  I feel blessed to have gotten to know both of them and I jus’ wanna wish them endless happiness.  They deserve it more than any of us.  So... “  she looked at Tandy.  “Bless you guys on your future may it be as bright as you.”
