We have roads to discover. We have things to do. We have people to meet. We have events to attend. We have a life to live.
It's not that easy to live your life. Fully, courageously, passionately. We don't always have an opportunity to.
I've heard a phrase:"When you want something-you look for opportunities, otherwise you look for excuses". Okay, I agree but do we always can leave everything and live as we want to? For example, I was to discover the world but I understand that also I want to meet my parents' certain expectations, I have to have an education, I need to protect myself in the future from all kinds of unexpected. We all know that all these things are imposed by society but, let's face the truth, we cannot get rid of them. Because of the one simple explanation – now it is our life.
I am fully amazed and full of respect to those who gave up everything to be happy but wasn't your life good? On one hand, they are brave but what if we will see this from another side. They are cowards. They couldn't deal with their old life and started a "new" one. I saw a couple of articles recently and they were about people who "sold" their lives, left everything to go traveling, got divorced and etc. And they pretend to be happy now. But for some time. You'll see: in a couple of years they will be fed up with their routine(because it's gonna be routine!) and they are gonna be unhappy again. Wouldn't be easier to correct their old life and adjust it to who you are now than put everything on its head and create something new?
Remember: everything has its own positive side. Even the Earth is dark when you see it only from one perspective. There are so many good things in our lives but we are so used to it and we don't even notice. Moreover, usually, they are so tiny and so simple. You are freaking blind idiot, look around!
