He hadn’t chosen the deepest of forests for his brief resting needs, it had been a rather on the spot decision to do so anyway. As it happened, hibernation was built in even in this form, although it could hardly be described to be the skin of an ordinary beast. So the spring air had finally woken him from his unexpectedly extended slumber and he crawled out from the secluded den the Vala had crammed his rather large form in. Branches crackled and broke under the Huntsman’s clumsy paws as he shuffled his way through the trees rather aimlessly, finding himself subconsciously following a scent in the wind that had caught his interest.
