So someone on the FB dS group posted an IG reel about the Woodbine Centre mall and Fantasy Fair, where various scenes for various episodes of due South were filmed (off the top of my head, COTW1's Ferris wheel scenes, and the mall scenes in Seeing Is Believing). There was a statement on FB to "see it before it is torn down," but I don't see any news to indicate that is an imminent possibility.
