Annnnnd #coredeforce day 6 is done! It was #DynamicStrength today which is 47 minutes of push ups and kicks and more push ups and squats and oh did I mention push ups? I’m awful at push ups and I can’t even do a normal one, let alone the varieties they put in there. I challenged myself though and I tried to do at least one on my toes every round. It’s super hard and I feel like their ineffective because I can barely lower myself because I apparently have no upper body strength. Also I feel like my form sucks probably and no one is here to critique and fix it. So idk. I’m being really hard on myself because I want so much to be able to crush these work outs. But I did it and I worked hard and that’s the important thing. :) also I didn’t have to follow the modifications as much as the first time I did this so that’s always good :) means I’m getting a little stronger. 😊😊
