My husband is sick and didn’t work out today. I thought I was going to dread working out alone but I feel it was one of my best workouts. Then, when I went to take my “post workout selfies” I looked in the mirror and for the first time in a LONG time loved what I saw. Instead of picking apart at myself or taking a million selfies to look “just right” I snapped a couple photos and said to myself “I love my body.” This is HUGE for me. I don’t remember the last time I said that to myself, ever. My mindset is clear today and I have a very positive outlook, so I’m determined not to let anything ruin that. 💕
Beach Body - Core de Force
I've started this workout recently, but I'm doing it mixed with Insanity, Jillian, Zumba etc so I won't be finished it in a month (as it's meant). But I just wanted to write a short note to say how much I LOVE it !!!! 😍😍😍
Wanted Taco Bell. Bought epsom salt and worked out instead. The little decisions lead to big results!
I’ve never taken an epsom salt bath so I’m excited!! A bit frustrated with my Garmin on this one though. It kept having trouble reading my HR but I’m still messing with different settings. A poorly recorded workout is better than no workout!
I got home from work feeling so lazy that I declared a rest day. Like I’ve done every day…for the last 6 months…Then the mind came to its senses, realized it’s only Wednesday and crushed CDF Dynamic Strength and some cardio afterwards #teambabyarms
But really though, STOP GETTING IN YOUR OWN WAY! Fear of failure has never steered us in the right direction, why do we keep giving it the reigns??
It might not be easy and it’ll take time, but taking steps towards your goals is a heck of a lot better than saying you can’t - or as Jillian Michael puts it ‘Don’t dumb yourself down’!
