Ya know I just cant help but feel what theyre really doing is covering their ass because they realize what a precarious situation theyre in trying to erase a dark skinned girl as the love interest for their fav while replacing her with Keith (Or Pidge. Ive seen some of that lately too...I thought you were better than that Pidgance shippers my goodness...) who’ve had significantly less screen time and relationship building/development.

Just say you dont like the ship and keep it out of the ship tag... is it really that hard?

The thing that pisses me off about Klantis this season with all their fuckin nastiness... like these dumb fucks have been calling the staff racist/misogynistic/homophobic/pedophiles this ENTIRE god damn time and yet continued to support the show despite all the bitching and death threats...

Now that they ABSOLUTELY know Klance wasnt/isnt gonna be canon with just one season left to go and Allurance clearly nearing the finish line.... theyre doubling down pretending to be all fucking righteously indignant as they drop the show and then go harass and threaten the staff.

And yall just know a lot of them are gonna tune in anyways just because MAYBE KLANCE??? Cuz its pretty fuckin obvious that ship is more important to them the whole staff apparently being racist/misogynistic/homophobic/pedophiles.

Not to start anything but seeing some people complain that Lance was the one to talk to Shiro in the astral plane or w/e before the whole Black Paladins thing and it not really going anywhere because of TBP.. (even though it was clearly just a foreshadowing thing about Shiros death and not about Lance in particular)

But does anyone else think that part wouldve been better off given to Pidge? I mean besides Keith, Shiros best relationship is absolutely with Pidge so why wouldnt she be the one to be able to talk to him?

Even the scenes leading up to all that woulda hit harder if it was her and Shiro. Could you image Shiro yelling at Pidge like that? Thatd be fucked.

I mean its probably because she already had two big events with Matt and Sam... but its weird that it wasnt her if the requirement was a close bond thing.

With fandoms theres commonly two big ships involving one (usually a dude) and 2 other (usually dudes) and for the most part I find them understandable that they have such a big following. Examples: Wincest/Destiel- screentime, ship teasing, shenanigans Stucky/Stony- Stucky has for what little screentime they get at least a positive relationship/Stony shippers got... all the other Marvel universes? HaruMako/HaruRin- Its Free! What can you do USUK/FRUK- Much like Free! APH was rife with ship teasing (If you can call UK bein a dick to the 2 of those idiots ship teasing... I always preferred FRUS  myself. Cut out the douchey middleman thats what I say.) Amedot/Lapidot (sorta)- cute friendships on a show very positive about serious LGBT rep. AangBlue girl/FirefaceBluegirl*, KorraWhatshisface/KorraWhatsherface* *Admittedly I never got into Avatar and Korra but from what ive seen they both ships have their cases made even if the endgame favored the opposite ship.

BUT!!!!

In Voltron I LEGITIMATELY dont understand how Klance is one of the BIG 2 SHIPS and its the more popular one too! I mean I get that theyre the only two twinks of the crew but DAMN. They pretty much have better relationships with literally every other member of the crew....

((If anyones curious where I stand on the Big2 ship wars I listed I only have HaruMako that I care about. Feel free to list ya own fandoms BIG 2 SHIPS. Im curious if this really is super widespread..))
