august: are any of your fics associated with certain genres/artists/songs/etc?

So in May 2018 BSB released Don’t Go Breaking my Heart and I have three fics that are a full result of that. Two are imagines set in supernatural and completely because kiddo loved the song too and we listened to it for 2 hours straight. The third is in TRR and was the result of me asking how in TRR would recognize the BSB.

Many of my other series get heavily influenced by my music too but not one specific genre. Country can be a major influence issue at times and bring the angst easily. Some fics also get moved by the craziest songs. If I told you what songs inspired me to get through my wedding fic you might laugh.

november: do you have any rituals or requirements for getting in the mood for writing?

Music, comfy (usually on the couch), tv has to be playing even though it’s ignored (I’m weird I need the noise) if I’m stuck I generally write after a shower cause things get worked out in the shower all the time. I need to ignore the distractions which is hard cause I am a major procrastinator and my own biggest distraction. I also have gotten an onyx worry stone that if I’m really having issues I will hold, or shove in my sock so I don’t drop it (I’m strange okay? 🤣)

december: have you ever gifted a fic to someone?

I have a a fickle muse and can’t be sure that I will hit the deadlines. I would love to gift a fic to friends and on time but I haven’t.

Couple returns from a trip to an unsuspected guest. The wife tells their “guest” to get their shit together, and they are leaving that day. The “guest” then has to deal with the fallout of something she had been avoiding for two weeks. There are accusations and so much damn drama, but you already knew that. 🤣 (surprised you didn’t ask 15 to try to get a spoiler)

Athena realizes she doesn’t want to be queen. She is really down to earth and not into the spotlight so IF she was FORCED to chose Drake or Liam or would have to be Drake and they would not be taking Valtoria. But she really wouldn’t work with either, she is Percy’s and that’s a damn fact!

peach: do you have any piercings or tattoos?

I have two holes in my left ear (third wasn’t done right and grew out), three in my right and a daith piercing in my right ear, want to get the left done eventually. I also had my belly button pierced as a teen. I have a rose tattoo on my right shoulder and have a few other ideas I want done.

cherry: can you play any musical instruments or can you sing?

I played the flute in elementary school, can’t play anymore. I can sing fairly well.

kiwi: what’s something that fascinates you?

My brain feels like a balloon that had all the air pushed out of it, I know there are things that fascinate me but I’m drawing blanks at putting them into words. 🙈
