Sergei Sergeiovich Sargoff for Random Acts
It really is just gatorade. . . I'm just an excellent fake drunk. Which, is not something I normally brag about, but . . .
me, a few hours into the 2014 E4K relay-marathon-singing of show-tunes for kindness (for therandomactorg). . . a moment which can be viewed HERE if you don't believe I would ever have said such a thing.
Special thanks from Coach Sergei

E4K 2014: The Aftermath
For my birthday this year and by pure happenstance, a group of friends and myself participated in GISHWHES. It was truly a life changing week. It was almost like someone had hit the reset button on me, and suddenly, I remembered that I loved life. In an effort to cling to this joie de vivre, I found out about E4K (Endure 4 Kindness). I spent a while trying to figure out how I could participate. I was not particularly in shape. In fact, I was really out of shape. I thought about taking the creative route because that is something I excel at, but I kept coming back to the idea that I really wanted to move. Back in college, I had been a part of a DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) Club. Why not pick that up and see how it went?
I started in early September. Playing every day. It was kinda like murder. My feet hated me. Really most of my body hated me and cried to return to its sedentary life. With all honesty, I can say there is no way I could have stuck with training for E4K without all the support I received from my friends and family. Whether it was my husband, my parents, siblings, or friends, someone always found a way to be there for me and watch my little miss so I could have at least an hour every day to go practice. Despite their very busy and work filled lives. They made all the difference. I could not have even gotten to E4K without them. They gave of themselves.
I also have to give love and kudos to everyone on Twitter who was so encouraging. The Random Acts family is full of so much love.
During E4K, I took 51,267 steps coming in at about 25 miles. I say that, and while I did it, hell, I felt it, I can barely believe I did it.
In the haze of E4K, I've started training for my first 5K marathon. I'm hoping to do one in the Spring though I haven't picked a specific one yet. Recommendations are appreciated. It's crazy to think that just at the end of August I hardly did anything, and now, I'm running 4 miles a day.
So, thank you to Random Acts for spreading the kindness. Thank you to all who loved and supported me.

that cliffnotes fan report is very enlightening.
The things that stood out to me:1. The legends of Misha's appetite are true.2. He likes to listen to Radiolab when he runs. 3. Confirmation that his Con persona is just one part of him. He's not always like that, and enjoys being a little more reserved. 4. He's a Listener. The kind that enjoys hearing other people share their thoughts and talk about their passions. The kind that deflects questions about themselves by asking you questions about you, so it's possible to have "known" them for years without ever really knowing them. (read the fan report)
