Summary: Hannah Abbott will always fight for the trans rights in Hogwarts - especially when the trans student in Hufflepuff is her best friend, Susan Bones. And when he teachers don’t let Susan sleep in the girls’ dorms, Hannah will definitely not keep calm.
Warnings: a lot of transphobia, swearing, Hannah Abbott slaying my ass
“Okay, professor, what the hell?” Hannah stormed into professor Sprout’s office without even knocking.
“Oh, hello, Hannah! Why are you -”
“Why am I so rude? Okay, wild guess, professor. You should know, you are the one to even start this.”
Professor Sprout’s expression changed for a second, but then returned to its normal smile. Of course she know why Hannah was so angry, why wouldn’t she?
“Well? It doesn’t seem like you’re trying to change this stupid decision!” It has been a while since Hannah was so decisive, but really, she couldn’t care less about her professor feeing insecure or uncomfortable. Susan felt much more uncomfortable, and the professor didn’t mind.
Professor Sprout breathed deeply, closed her eyes and opened them again to look at Hannah with an apology. “I’m sorry, Hannah, but we can’t let Samuel slee -”
“Her name is Susan!” Hannah was almost yelling, “and for god’s sake, professor, she is not a boy and -”
“Hannah, darling, you told me you like biology. You should know that Samuel - Susan, sorry - is technically a boy.”
“Fuck biology, professor, Susan is a girl and girls should sleep in the girls’ dorms like you have always said.”
“Hannah, darling -”
“Don’t ‘darling’ me.” All Hannah could think about was Susan sleeping with the boys she have never liked and only the thought made her furious. Thinking this is actually going to happen - no, I can’t let that happen. “Professor, what are Hufflepuff’s qualities?”
Professor Sprout blinked in confusion for a moment. “Hufflepuffs are fair, loyal, tolerate, kind -”
“And not letting Susan sleep with the girls is doing the exact opposite of that, don’t you think?” Hannah talked in a calm tone, but inside her head she thought about million other ways to sneak Susan to the girls’ dorms if the professor won’t stop with the transphobia.
Professor Sprout sighed. “Hannah, listen, this might not be possible. I need to convince the other teachers before I change the rule.”
“I know professor McGonagall agrees with me, same goes for professor Flitwick.”
“How do you know that?” professor Sprout seemed nervous. Hannah was right, of course - McGonagall urged her to let Susan sleep with the girls and Flitwick backed here, but she was the one to not agree.
“I went to talk to Dumbledore, and he told me to come to you because you were the only one to resist letting a girl sleep with the girls.”
Professor Sprout sighed. “Fine. Tell Susan to pack her things.”

which one makes a bigger deal around the holidays? DEAN - he grew up with a family that really made a big deal out of christmas, and seamus loves watching him decorate.
who’s more clumsy? SEAMUS - he burns things all the time.
who checks their daily horoscope? dean, though seamus does it occasionally.
who sings louder in the car? seamus, and he sings in the shower.
who leaves the cap off the toothpaste? dean, though they both do it.
who is more up to date in pop culture? dean - seamus doesn’t know anything about what’s going on in the world.
who insists on going to see the newest movies? SEAMUS - he’s a huge movie buff - name a movie and he’s watched it.
who cries when the abused animal commercials come on? dean, but seamus does as well.
who’s the lighter sleeper? dean - seamus sleeps like the dead.
who believes in ghosts? both.
who does the grocery shopping? seamus - but dean cooks.
who updates their facebook status more often? both - they’re that couple that always mentions each other in them.

who laughs when the other trips? REMUS - tonks is the clumsiest person around, and everyone knows it.
who pays the bills? remus, he’s better with money.
which one makes a bigger deal around the holidays? tonks - remus likes quiet christmas with family and friends, and tonks likes the big parties.
who’s more clumsy? TONKS - it’s what she’s known for, other than her auror skills.
