I hate that some people say that some people are "to old" for dolls. Saying how "you shouldn't be playing with those your to old for them. Those are for kids."

These people don't know that when people like me say 'there literally my everything' or 'there the only thing keeping me going lol' that I mean every word of it. They ARE my everything and they ARE the only thing keeping me going rn.

So don't laugh. Don't judge. Don't say it's "weird". You have no idea how much damage those "toys" saved me from.

I got a new-to-me doll! My sister gave me her gently used Ever After High Cedar Wood doll. She was a bit dusty, but I gave her a nice wash and put curlers in her hair. We'll see how she turns out tomorrow!

Apple White & Raven Queen 🍎. Finally finished this, I think I started in August, still playing with lights and coloring digitally.

Fashion doll lines have no need to have good storylines, the point is switching fabric clothes and playing with hairstyles. However mattel decided to create Ever After High a story about following your predestined story or breaking the rules and try to find your own happiness. But if you had a promissed happilly ever after already would you want others to compromise yours? This questions create the main conflict of the story and I just wished it got a propper ending.
