Did WxS Miku always have a tail? Where have we seen it before if yes? As for the ears, are they really fake?
her original outfit had a tail on it, and her new one does as well.
i made a post about the ears here. I'm not sure whether they're fake or not. She always has them and can move them around without touching them and is shown to be able to hear with them, but she does also have human-like ears and the cat ones changed color in her new outfit.
to be honest tho have we ever actually seen wxs mikus human ears? i dont think she has any

Wonderland SEKAI Miku has 4 ears, two human-like ears and two cat ears. According to an interview with iXima, she initially proposed that the cat ears should be removable, but it was decided that they should be a permanent feature of her design.
It is unknown if Miku's cat ears are just an accessory that she likes to wear most of the time, or if they are actually functional. While her cat tail is a part of a costume, her fangs are natural, so it's hard to make a solid argument either way.

I FOUND THE ANSWER!!!! Aphmau Wiki on the Meif’wa page in the trivia section says that on discord of all places Meif’was were confirmed to NOT HAVE HUMAN EARS. Nothing about werewolves, but we can assume it’s the same. The placement is still tricky, but seeing as there’s magic that can turn humans into both Meif’wa and Werewolves, the ears are in the same place. — Irenes-journal
