Kent Family Update
I’m (semi) back! I’ve just felt really bogged down with the game lately and sorta lost my drive to play. However, university is getting me back interested! I loved uni in the Sims 3 and considering I’m a Uni student in RL I’m super interested in creating my perfect college experience because let me tell you…senior year sucks!
Onto the Kent family.
I’ve updated photos for all main-line members of the family who are teen-elder (this means that other families such as the Goths, Strauds, Lloyds, Windhers, etc.)
New births! Alaric and Bradley Kent-Ruff have adopted a child and named him Anson. They also have a second child on the way via a surrogate. Arabella Kent gave birth to Axel Talla with her husband, Ellis. Lastly, Arian Kent and his wife Kyleigh have had a daughter, Avril.
As previously mentioned in a foreshadowing post, Lucille Kent has found out that she can not bear any more children so the heir to the Dukedom of Windher is officially Anthony, the younger brother of the 3rd Duke, Andrew. Anthony Windher has officially assumed the title of Master of Windher in keeping with a Scottish tradition.
You may notice Tara Kent is still alive. She holds the Long-lived reward trait so she has a good 100+ extra days. Barring any accidents, she should live past another generation.
New Story Alert!
Welp, my Earl of Brindleton save files is gone. These recent updates have really been sending my game into a tizzy but it is all good. I’ve decided to start a new story like for when I am able to get in game and play. I’ve played with this new family a bit, they have a child so far. I have a new peerage system set up for this one and it should be much better with the Royalty Mod and my general planning. So from here help me with a few things!
1. What should I call this story? The title I eventually plan to give this character is Baron Reinerman-Fink. I’m not sure if “Baron Reinerman-Fink “ has the same ring as Earl of Brindleton?
2. Should I keep this blog or start a new one? This one really has been a labor of love curating and it is VERY focused around the Kent family and their story (Yes, Alexandre, and Ella will be returning as the new 1st Earl and Countess, though they are background characters this time.) I feel like it may be weird to have this blog have both stories? So create a new blog with a new name or change the name of this one (or keep the name and the blog!)?
3. Speaking on when our main character, Iveron Reinerman, gets his title, I was thinking of after his service leading Mis Majesty’s government? Sorta like how Maggie Tatcher was created Baroness Tatcher after being PM? He’s currently fresh outta college and in the Judge career. Gonna put him in politics after he hits mid life. Whatcha think about this? (Also, I am going to make this an actual peerage, not just a peerage for life.)
Brindleton Hall is finished!
Yes! I finally finished my project! Now the Earl will have a proper home for generations to come. I really am so glad that I decided to build this myself as it was tons of fun and allowed me to build in a way that I don’t usually! Check out More screenshots of the build here!

Of course, credit also goes to the architect Horace Trumbauer and Coal Baron/The Elms owner Edward Julius Berwind. Using The Elms as a base for my vision was amazing and The Elms is another fantastic house in Newport.

Yay! Here’s the characters that will be the base of my new series. On the left is Iveron Reinerman (based on my Second Life® avatar) and Chester Fink (from @plumbella save file). Super excited to share more of these lovelies with you all!
