Für Frühschwimmer sollte es ein Bügeleisen für’s Gesicht geben🙈#falten . Gleich um 7:30 Uhr ins Wasser und in aller Ruhe durch den Freitagmorgen geschwommen. Mit Ein- und Ausschwimmen, 3x 800m Blöcken und diversen Beinübungen war es eine perfekte Grundlageneinheit mit insgesamt 3200m. Ich verstehe nur zu gut, dass Schwimmer durchgehend Hunger haben. Die Fahrt nach Hause war eine echte Qual. Um einen herum fange plötzlich alle an zu nerven, sind im Weg und verzögern die Zeit bis ich endlich was zum Essen bekomme. Der Bauch ist voll, die Arme Brei und der Kopf frei. Perfekt um in die Weihnachtfresstage zu starten. Ich freu mich drauf.
