.....this is why I have moved back to the Garden Route....to be able to go to this beach whenever the sun shines and to quieten my mind and heal my body. When I began to love my body enough to respect what I put in it, I realised it goes beyond all else and the impact I made to my body had a direct impact on my 🌍 ....so I became Vegan for the love of all things beautiful in this world I chose life over death. Laying on the 'body' of this earth, with its breath caressing my body and it's gaze warming my soul , I can feel it's heart beat, I can feel it breathing and I can feel it's energy.....
