As the year draws to an end and you reflect on another 365days that have passed in your life.....there are always huge lessons to be learnt. My biggest lesson has been to learn how to grow stronger from my anxiety. It has taught me to live in the moment , accept what is NOW, to be OK with the bad days and appreciate the good ones. It has taught me I no longer need to explain myself, prove myself or "find" myself. I accept and love myself completely as I am now in the moment (even with my fears, anxiousness and flaws) YET I have deep faith that I have the power to change my future.
