What makes someone a Muse

“A muse is someone who emits energy out that inspires everything is around them.”

You’ll never see a woman who sparks inspiration looking outside of herself wondering how to be, what to be, or how to act. She knows that she is a one of a kind individual and is true to herself.

“A muse is someone who learns to define herself.” 

She doesn’t compete to be like anyone else and is serene in being everything that she is.

She deeply treasures who she is to the core. Whether she be reserved, quiet, cheerful, warm, cold, fiery, sweet, shy, loud, extrovert, or introvert.

Uniqueness is what makes her irreplaceable! No one can carbon copy her when she has worked internally and externally on becoming her greatest self.

She doesn’t let society’s beauty standards, trends, social status or money define her. SHE DEFINES HERSELF.

“A muse carries the energy of abundance.”

Think of when you acquire money, how do you feel?

For a moment you may feel infinite or on top of the world. That’s because money causes that emotion of abundance but, when you are naturally in that energy you naturally attract money into your life. “You are what you attract.”

Abundant Energy -  bliss, joy, beauty, laughter, mystery, creativity, inspiration, luxury, pleasure, plentiful, healing

When a muse has this energy she becomes magnetic and alluring. She attracts people from all over wondering how she can be so comfortable within’ her own skin. That makes people want to be around her more because she is influencing and inspiring them.

Last but not least, A muse never looses sleep over people who don’t see her worth.” Period.

If someone refuses to see her value, she has the attitude of fuck em and keep it moving.

It’s a difficult balance with Saturn. We want to protect ourselves as to avoid feeling vulnerable and exposed to the world but the unacknowledged fear that’s covered over with a cool and superior mask won’t go away until we face it and work with it constructively. Hiding within empty external shells of safety is not what Saturn wants for you. He wants you to own your fears. He wants you to realize that it was never about living up to external values, it was always about developing character through realizing the emptiness of material structure and taking your power back. Mind over matter. This is Saturn’s gift. He will test you until you achieve complete mastery.

Mastery of Senses

       Imagine you had multiple food entries in different parts of your body--bear with me!! Not only mouth which is for your daily food, but your eyes had a mouth and would eat and absorb whatever you show it, same as your ears would eat and absorb whatever you listened to, your nose similarly to the mouth, would absorb whatever you smell, so as the pores of your body would absorb and eat the emotional vibration of people who you’ve been surrounded with, and last one at least your mind which would constantly eat junk thoughts and boring patters.  

    Now I really hope that your imagination is willing to imagine the next  perception as I’m about to present. Imagine that each of these senses are like little children asking for different stimulants, waiting for your respond. Sadly, like an immature ignorant parent we’ll respond: “aww you craved that? here you go, and you accomplish whatever they want you to do.”, and that’s not the end of the story as far as there are plenty of stimulants every micro second.(either of your children-like senses desire them or not.) WE HAVE BECOME SLAVES TO STUMILANTS AS WELL AS OUR CHILDREN-LIKE SENSES WHICH CRAVE MORE OF THOSE STIMULANTS

 The question is what are these stimulants?

  Stimulants are as simple as your everyday coffee, chocolate, alcohol, fast-food, processed food, scrolling Instagram posts, smoking, non-stop news/podcasts/music available, google on how to do anything, porn websites, books and basically overburden of knowledge, science and technology.

Now here are my top favorite ways to patiently decrease responding to the whining child:

Sit up straight in a comfortable position, then only put you focus on normal breath. the breath as it comes in as it goes on, if any thoughts arises (like how children interrupt you); put your focus back on the breath.

Be accountable for the choices you make every moment,. Ask yourself; am I responding to a stimulant? or, is it a choice based on my healthy ideal life?

Acknowledge the power within you. You are the one who creates your own reality, nothing else have more power over you than yourself.

Don’t Suppress the senses. Sometimes all you have to do is to observe you’re fulfilling what your senses are crying for, and you’re the slave. 

Consider Fasting. Not only your gut benefits from a healthy intermediate fasting, but also your eyes, ears, nose, and mind from taking some time off from constant bond with phone, TV, all medias, news, books, music. ( I promise your mind and body have more to offer to you than everything outside of yourself.) Also fast from those who you might have toxic relationship with.

Conclusions:

Pratyahara is 1 out of 8 limbs of Patanjali’s Ashtanga yoga, which yogis practice it through withdrawal of their senses, meditation, pranayama, and directing their prana, ojas and tejas in a way that most benefits their mind and body state of being. 

We can also choose this conscious decision to live beyond what has been always offered to us, which is nothing but distraction from the true essence of our being which is purity and goodness.
