Quick Transcripts of Images with Adobe Scan app
I download image blocks from the tumblr app, open them with Adobe Scan, save the results as a pdf, then I can highlight text and copy out text. I've had only one scan error out of dozens of scans and that was mostly because of a block of text with weird character spacing.
