Firestone Easy Jack IPA - Firestone Walker Brewing Co. -Paso Robles, CA
Nice light of bitter IPA for beginners into drinking this type of beer. Originally considered to be lacking most flavors at the beginning, the experience intensifies at a slow and steady pace, finishing with a clean, crisp and refreshing aftertaste that does not linger on long.
Overall I would rate this beer a 6 out of 8, but if you’re just starting out on India Pale Ale and is unsure about the experience, I will reccomend this one to the moon and back. It will hold your hand and take your taste buds step by step on what to expect when drinking such a bitter type of brew.
